This week, I’m going to introduce you to another of my good friends Frank Kern.
Frank and I have spent a lot of time together talking about lifestyle and designing the perfect life.
In these two videos Frank shares his thoughts on this, and an exercise he calls “Core Influence” that he attributes as the KEY to completely reinventing his life and moving cross country from Macon, Georgia to La Jolla, California.
It really works.
Watch the videos and let me know what you think…

Thanks for sharing this, I’d like to see the rest of the video. I was having a terrible morning, then I turned this on and now I see have begun to see things a lot differently.
I came in this morning determined to approach life and business differently. This is a huge beginning towards many initiatives that I’m planning and intitiating right now. Thanks so much for making this available!
Where are the rest of his thoughts on wraping this up and placing it into real life? Great video, down to earth! Daydream all of the time and hope it is propelling me into the future I want.
I wrote in my journal this morning “what do I really want.” I love the video, but I want to know what comes next. I have great ideas, I know my business, It’s the “just do it” that I have trouble with.
