Thanks for the video… verrrry, verrry interrresting.
I guess you’re trying to say “Just Do It”, which is something I’ve been procrastinating on :).

Dean, that was so perfect. Without pouring my entire life story out on a comment block; I have spent a great deal of time in my adult life searching and recently discovering “why I won’t don’t do it”, whatever IT is.

After years of searching, I finally found a way of “undoing” the “not doing”, as a result, I am now doing. It is like someone took the paper bag off my head.

To a certain extent we all seem to fight with ourselves about “getting it done”, and not sabotaging. I can honestly say now, that it is a process of systematically removing the thought processes / emotional processes that do the preventing.

Simply put if you are willing to do the work to remove the chains, well guess what, yeah, you can now run further and faster. And even do it with a smile….

Wow… What a great presentation. I have seen Eben talk at length about the 3 brains or “Triune Brain” and it goes right along with what Seth was talking about… It’s amazing how much we are all governed by animal instinct in a society that considers itself to be so highly evolved.
