Last week I was talking with Chuck Charlton, from Milton, Ontario…and he was sharing his results with the GettingListings.com system since the very first Getting Listings teleclass 3 years ago.

It’s amazing to hear what he’s been able to do over that period.

He’s gone on to make over $360,000 without making a single follow up call. Motivated sellers call him and say “We need to sell our house…can you come over and see us?”

He agreed to let me interrogate…umm…I mean interview… him to get to the bottom of how he’s been able to have such success.

Hi Dean,
I loved the interview, I had a lot of great insights.
I’m in The L.A area and most of the sales here are R.E.O.’s and short sales althought short sales I find to be way too time consuming , and in many cases don’t end up closing. So my question is do you have a system for sells bank R.E.O.’s and getting buyers. Unless I’m missing something and you think different(I’m totally open) I think for people in similar markets to ours I think going out there to get listing might be a waste of time and money.so to sum everything up what’s a realtor to do when most of the business in their area is REO business and doesn’t necessary want to go out and LIST REO’s thanks for everything you do Dean.
