Penny:

I also have a flip video, and they can be great but audio is always a challenge. One thing you can do is drop your video into Windows Moviemaker and increase the volume. There are other programs that do a better job, but Moviemaker is free if you have Windows.

Also, you can simply make sure you are within 5 or 6 feet of the camera at all times when recording with the Flip. I've tested this in my classroom and can tape my lectures and have the sound come out ok if I stay within about 10 feet, but the acustics are pretty good in my class. Outside I have to much closer. I create videos in my office as well, and the camera is about 5 feet away. Flip does not have an external mic attachment yet, which is one their biggest drawbacks.

Good luck

p.s. go to my Youtube Channel http://www.youtube.com/user/goodgradesfast and check out some of my videos. A few have been created with the Flip.

I have the same question as Jeannie, Dean.

Also, I bought a flip camera and when I played back the video just on the camera, the audio was so faint that I could hardly hear it? Is it possible to put the audio in after the video is uploaded???

Thanks.
