I'm in The L.A area and most of the sales here are R.E.O.'s and short sales althought short sales I find to be way too time consuming , and in many cases don't end up closing. So my question is do you have a system for sells bank R.E.O.'s and getting buyers. Unless I'm missing something and you think different(I'm totally open) I think for people in similar markets to ours I think going out there to get listing might be a waste of time and money.so to sum everything up what's a realtor to do when most of the business in their area is REO business and doesn't necessary want to go out and LIST REO's thanks for everything you do Dean.
