Here’s a special treat for you this week. It’s a video from Tony Robbins on “WHY we do what we do — and how we can do it better”.

One of the most insightful moments in this video for me, comes about six minutes in when Tony points out that when we fail to accomplish something it’s never a lack of resources that limits us…but a lack of resourcefulness.

Think about that for a minute.

I see it every week in the message board. The common characteristic of failure is a focus on missing resources. The defining factor in success is resourcefulness. A get it done attitude. Check it out for yourself.
